Hello friends! Let me tell you about myself. I was born in 1988 in the city of Sheki. After graduating from high school, I enrolled in the Bachelor of Biology program at the Middle East Technical University of Turkey, and after graduating, I continued in the Master's program in Educational Management, Monitoring, Planning and Economics at Osmangazi University in Eskişehir. After that, I continued my doctoral studies in the specialty of the same name at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, and I graduated in 2022 after writing a doctoral thesis on the training of school principals in Azerbaijan. While continuing my doctoral studies, I completed my studies at Ankara University for the second time, including the master's degree in Philosophy of Education. I have dozens of speeches at various conferences and 7 articles published in scientific journals. I have poems and journalistic articles about education in magazines and newspapers in Turkey and Azerbaijan. In addition to my scientific activities, I have experience in public organizations, leadership and fine arts. I have written scripts and acted in plays at different times. I have organized TEDx events 5 times and been a speaker 2 times. In 2016, I started working as a teacher and coordinator at Khazar University. Then I worked as a trainer at the Azerbaijan Teacher Development Center and trained hundreds of teachers all over the country. I have prepared the contents of trainings of various contents and presented them to the educational community of Azerbaijan. During the time I worked at AMIM, I continued teaching in higher education institutions. After AMIM, I continued teaching at the Baku Higher Oil School, in parallel, I worked as a biology teacher at the Landau School, the British College of Azerbaijan, and the Istanbul High School. In 2020, I founded the Association of Education Administrators, and for the first time in the history of our education, I organized the International Conference on Education Administration. The opening speech was delivered by the then Minister of Education, Mr. Emin Amrullayev. I was one of the founders of T-Network educational staff experience and communication platform and organized many local and international events. I have twice won the grant competition for educational development and innovations organized by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In this context, I was the author of the book "Director's handbook: school management". In addition, I prepared 3 copies of the "Students' science magazine" together with my team with the obtained grants. Again, within the framework of grant competitions, I took part as a co-author in the writing of the book "Teacher's handbook: classroom management". Many times I worked as a trainer, author of ideas, expert of various projects. Currently, I continue my scientific and educational activities in the state of Texas, and I am engaged in scientific management activities at Khazar University and Ada University. I am engaged in independent training, coaching, teaching activities. I am an expert of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education. As an expert, I often give interviews to various mass media and participate in television programs.
